BJP leader Jayanarayan Mishra admitted to AIIMS, New Delhi

Bhubaneswar: Former Minister Jayanarayan Mishra and senior BJP leader has been admitted to AIIMS New Delhi after condition deteriorated today.

Mishra was discharged from AIIMS few days ago after treatment. He is reportedly fighting kidney ailment and cancer.

An accused in Banabira firing case in which three persons including Labour Minister Susant Singh’s brother sustained bullet injuries and his driver Dileswar Singh was killed, Mishra was admitted to Burla-based VSS Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR) after he complained of chest pain while he was in Sohela sub-jail.

Later, he was shifted to Cuttack SCB Medical College and Hospital as his condition shows no sign of improvement. He was also taken to AIIMS from Cuttack for better treatment.
