Bhubaneswar: School and Mass Education Minister Badri Narayan Patra on Saturday announced the annual Plus-II Arts, Commerce and Vocational results here.
At least 74.91 per cent students cleared the examination in Commerce stream while 68.79 per cent students pass in Arts stream.
As many as 2.30 lakh students had appeared for Arts examinations out of which 1.58 have cleared the test. 19,993 students passed in first division. Only one student has secured 90 per cent mark in Arts.
Similarly, 74.91 percent students cleared the examination in Commerce stream this year, informed School and Mass Education Minister Badri Narayan Patra today. As many as 13,098 boys passed the exam while number of girls who have cleared the test is 7,127.
The Minister said Puri recorded highest pass percentage of 79.87 per cent while Nabarangpur recorded the lowest pass rate of 47.58 in Arts stream.
The results are available on the two official website of the Council of Higher Secondary Eductaion (CHSE) – www.chseodishanic.in and www.orissaresults.nic.in.
Earlier on May 19, the CHSE had announced the Plus-II Science results while the overall pass percentage stood at 76.98 percent this year.
