Two unused buses catch fire in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Two abandoned buses caught fire near a filling station at Khandagiri square in Capital city in the small hours of Saturday.

According to reports, two unused passenger buses kept near a filling station near Khandagiri Square suddenly caught fire. Staff of the filling station informed the fire brigade at Baramunda, which rushed to the spot and doused the flames within half-an-hour.

The incident took place around 6 am.

The reason of fire has not yet been ascertained. Fire personnel suspected that the buses came in contact with sagging electric wire and caught fire.
