A tragic road accident occurred near Gaudaguda Chhak on National Highway 326 late last night, resulting in the deaths of three individuals. The incident involved a car that lost control and crashed into a tree.
The victims were members of Sudhipta Kumar Singh Samanta's family from Nayagarh, who were traveling to Malkangiri. Preliminary reports suggest that the driver lost visibility, leading to the fatal crash.
Several others sustained critical injuries and were rushed to nearby hospitals, including Jeypore Medical, for treatment.
The local police have launched an investigation and seized the accident-stricken vehicle. The incident has left the families of the victims in deep sorrow.
