A case has been registered against Odia YouTuber and blogger Laba Hansda at the HSR Layout police station in Bengaluru in connection with the suicide of his girlfriend, Salomi Murmu. Salomi, originally from Bihar, took her own life three days ago.
Salomi's brother has accused Laba Hansda of having multiple relationships, which led to disputes between the couple. According to the complaint, Laba's alleged harassment drove Salomi to take her own life. Interestingly, Salomi reportedly contacted Love before taking her own life.
The local police have initiated an investigation and are looking into the circumstances surrounding Salomi's death. Laba Hansda, a bike rider and private company employee, had a long-standing relationship with Salomi.
The police will further investigate the allegations made by Salomi's brother to determine the facts of the case.
