Gram Panchayat leaders in Odisha have strong reason to celebrate! Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has announced a major financial package, sanctioning a total allocation of Rs 56 crore, 55 lakh, and 72 thousand to directly honor and support our grassroots representatives.
Under this landmark decision, the state government is releasing a retrospective honorarium covering the six-month period from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
Sarpanchs will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs 10,000.
Naib Sarpanchs will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs 4,000.
