- Arrival: PM Modi will arrive at the Bhubaneswar airport at 3:40 pm.
- Road Show: He will hold a road show from the airport to the Janata Maidan assembly hall from 3:45 pm to 4:15 pm.
- Anniversary Celebrations: The PM will attend the one-year anniversary celebrations of the BJP government at the Janata Maidan until 5:30 pm.
