Salman Khan's 'Tiger 3' has been f released on Diwali. Salman's fans were eagerly waiting for this film. Spy thriller film Tiger 3 had earned huge profits through advance booking.
The songs and trailer of the film also created a lot of buzz among the audience. Tiger 3 is part of the spy universe of Yash Raj Films. There are many more films included in this spy universe but the most craze is of Tiger franchise. After great hits like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, all eyes are on Tiger 3.
Tiger 3 earned huge money on its opening day.
According to reports, Tiger 3 made a box office collection of around Rs 44.50 crore in India on the first day.
If reports are to be believed, the film has earned around Rs 50 crore worldwide. In terms of earnings, Salman's Tiger 3 has left behind Sunny Deol's superhit film Gadar. While Sunny Deol's Gadar had earned Rs 40.1 crore on its opening day, Tiger 3 has gone far ahead in this race. The film turned out to be Salman's biggest opener, beating Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat in 2019 ( Rs 42.30 crore) and Sooraj Barjatya's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in 2015 ( Rs 40.35 crore), which also released on Diwali.
Similarly for Katrina, Tiger 3 is her third biggest opener after Vijay Krishna Acharya's Thugs of Hindostan in 2018 ( Rs 52.25 crore), and Bharat with Salman.
But even after this, Salman Khan remained far behind the opening day records of Shahrukh Khan's Jawan and Pathan.
