Bhubaneswar: Former Odisha Minister and Deputy Speaker of the state assembly, Bibhuti Bhusan Singh Mardaraj, passed away at the age of 70 while undergoing treatment for heart problems at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar around 12:30 AM on Thursday.
