The orientation programme "Prarambha-The Beginning" was held for the first-year B Pharma students of 2025-26 at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences Campus-2, Phulnkhara, Bhubaneswar on November 3.
The programme was attended by Shri Debendra Nath Das, Director and Executive Officer, RND Laboratories Private Limited, as the chief guest. He emphasized the importance of pharmacy as a profession and the role of pharmacists in healthcare and society.
SOA Vice Chancellor Professor Pradeep Kumar Nanda congratulated the students and wished them a bright future. Other dignitaries, including Dean of IMS & Sam Hospital-2 Professor Arasht Swain and Dean of Students Welfare Professor Jyoti Ranjan Das, also addressed the students.
Dean of Pharmacy-2 Professor Durga Madhav Kar welcomed the students, and Assistant Professor Monalisa Raut proposed the vote of thanks.
