Specifically, train number 22840 (Bhubaneswar-Rourkela) and train number 22839 (Rourkela-Bhubaneswar) will remain non-operational on this date, impacting booked passengers.
Railways advise travelers to verify train statuses via the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) or authorized enquiry services before starting their journeys and to make alternative travel arrangements.
