- Origin: According to the Mahabharata, Lord Krishna advised Yudhishthira to observe the Ananta Vrat to regain his lost kingdom. After following Krishna's instructions, the Pandavas emerged victorious in the Mahabharata war and ruled the kingdom forever.
- Rituals: Devotees worship an idol of Ananta Dev, typically depicted with four arms holding a conch, wheel, mace, and lotus. They also tie a sacred thread with 14 knots, known as Ananta Sutra, around their wrists, symbolizing their devotion and commitment to the vow.
- Benefits: Observing the Ananta Vrat is believed to remove obstacles, bring prosperity, and fulfill desires. It is also said to provide protection from difficulties and hardships, and ultimately lead to spiritual growth and liberation.
How to Observe Ananta Vrat
