Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has fast-tracked Keonjhar’s growth by laying the foundation for the Rs. 1,581 crore Badabil Bypass Ring Road. The 18.3 km project aims to de-congest local traffic, easing the movement of nearly 40,000 vehicles daily.
During his visit, the CM inaugurated and laid stones for 75 projects worth over Rs. 355 crore, including new electricity substations in Joda and Badabil. Highlighting a vision for industrial prosperity, Majhi emphasized the upcoming mega steel plant, expected to draw Rs. 10,000 crore in investment and create 10,000 jobs.
