The Odisha government has issued transfer and posting orders for several senior officers, effective immediately. The key transfers include:
- Anuj Kumar Das Patnaik: Transferred from State Nodal Officer, PM Poshan and MM Poshan, to Director of Information and Public Relations.
- Surendra Kumar Panda: Transferred from Special Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, to State Nodal Officer, PM Poshan and MM Poshan, under foreign service terms and conditions.
- Mitali Patra: Joined the General Administration and Public Grievance (GA&PG) department as Administrative Officer in the office of the CDM & PHO, Baripada, Mayurbhanj, after serving as Tehsildar in Tangi, Khordha.
- Ajay Kumar Pradhan: Allowed to continue as PA, ITDA, Gunupur, with his posting as PA, ITDA, Rayagada cancelled.
This bureaucratic reshuffle is part of the state's efforts to optimize administrative efficiency. Notably, the Odisha government has recently transferred 18 senior IAS officers across various departments.
