According to the Public Administration Department, the transition is time-sensitive: officers must join their new roles within seven days or face automatic relief by April 23.
Key Appointments:
Vinod Mallik: Secretary, Odisha Uniformed Service Staff Selection Commission (OUSSSC).
Shibo Narayan Sahu: Special Secretary, CDI and Public Administration.
Ravinarayan Jethi: Additional Secretary, OUSSSC.
