Bhubaneswar further cemented its status as a rising global innovation hub by hosting the first IEEE International Conference on ETAACT 2026 on April 10–11. Organized by the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) at SOA Deemed to be University, the hybrid event attracted experts from across the globe, including the UK, USA, Germany, and South Korea.
