The internal rift within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has exploded into the public eye. The party has officially moved to remove Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha (erroneously referred to in some reports as Shinde) from his post as Deputy Leader.

Furthermore, the leadership has requested the Rajya Sabha Secretariat to withhold his speaking time, effectively silencing him in the House.

In a defiant 2-minute video, Chadha lashed out, questioning if raising "common man" issues—like high airport food prices, gig worker struggles, and mobile recharge hikes—is now a crime. He declared himself "silenced, but not defeated.

"The party leadership has struck back with heavy artillery. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann accused him of violating party discipline by ignoring core political battles to focus on trivial canteen issues.

Meanwhile, Atishi Marlena leveled the most serious charge, alleging Chadha has grown too close to the BJP leadership. She claimed his refusal to sign an impeachment motion and his silence on the LPG crisis prove he is no longer aligned with AAP’s mission.
