BJP spokesperson Anil Biswal has launched a scathing attack on BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik, questioning his loyalty to the people of Odisha.
Biswal asked if Naveen's actions constitute betrayal, citing his alleged disconnection from the people, failure to learn the Odia language, and reliance on non-Odias in politics.
Biswal also criticized Naveen's 24-year tenure, pointing out the lack of cold storage facilities, dams on the Mahanadi, and the decline of agriculture-based industries.
He questioned Naveen's silence over alleged abuse of a former BJD MLA's family and demanded an explanation for the treatment of other former leaders who were insulted or betrayed.
The BJP spokesperson's remarks come amid heightened tensions between the two parties, with Naveen Patnaik recently accusing the BJP of betrayal and theft.
