A high-speed motorcycle crash claimed the life of a young man, identified as Raj Yadav, in front of Balangir’s Pataneshwari Temple last night. Chilling CCTV footage captured the final moments as the biker attempted to navigate a turn at excessive speed near the intersection.
The footage reveals that Yadav lost control of the vehicle, causing the bike to skid and slide directly into the path of an oncoming bus. The impact was unavoidable; both the rider and the motorcycle were crushed beneath the heavy vehicle.
Local residents alerted the authorities immediately. Police arrived shortly after to seize the wreckage and transport the body to Bhimbhoi Medical College for an autopsy.
