A disturbing incident occurred at the revered Puri Jagannath Temple in Odisha today when a youth, identified as Lalu Prasad Sahu from Dhenkanal's Gandia village, tried to enter the temple wearing slippers. The attempt was foiled by vigilant security personnel and Jagannath Temple Police (JTP) as the Singhdwar gate was about to open during early morning.
