The list of distinguished recipients included high-ranking officials such as ADG Sanjeev Panda and ADG S. Saini, alongside specialized officers from Anti-Naxal Operations (ASOG), the Special Branch, and the Special Intelligence Wing (SIW).
A highlight of the event was the recognition of Inspector Bimal Kumar Kanar; his station, Bargarh in Ganjam district, was recently hailed as the state's best by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
