The session, which began on November 27, saw only 11 days of work out of a planned 29. It was marked by controversy, notably President Draupadi Murmu’s address cautioning MLAs on conduct.
Key legislative business included Chief Minister Mohan Majhi presenting the supplementary budget and the passing of an additional expenditure sanction bill of ₹17,440 crore. However, the session was frequently dominated by intense clashes between the ruling party and the opposition on various issues before its premature closure.
