A fierce political storm has erupted following Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s alleged derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, triggering nationwide protests by BJP workers in Delhi, Patna, and Jaipur.

In Patna, Bihar BJP staged a fiery 'Jan Aakrosh March' led by State President Sanjay Saraogi, culminating in the burning of Kharge's effigy at the Income Tax Roundabout. Simultaneously, in Jaipur, police intercepted BJP activists—including members of the Yuva and Mahila Morchas—as they attempted to gherao the Congress office, clashing at barricades near Chaumu House Circle.

Reacting sharply on 'X', the BJP dismissed the rhetoric, stating, "Modi isn't going anywhere. He has been elected Prime Minister for a third term... something your 'boss' will never get." Leaders demanded unconditional apologies from both Kharge and Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi.

Condemning the incident, MP BJP President Hemant Khandelwal called the comments a severe breach of political decorum. Senior BJP leader Nitin Navin further lambasted Congress, accusing the party of maintaining a "bankrupt mindset" characterized by a consistent tradition of personal attacks on the Prime Minister out of sheer despair. The BJP warned that millions of citizens who voted for a third consecutive term will hold the opposition accountable for continuing to insult the nation's leadership.
