The Odisha government has made significant administrative changes, transferring four senior IAS officers and appointing nine 2023-batch IAS officers as Deputy Collectors in various districts. This move comes just three days after a major bureaucratic reshuffle that saw 49 IAS officers transferred.


- Rajesh Prabhakar Patil: Appointed as Commissioner and Secretary of the Cooperative Department, replacing his previous role as Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Metropolitan Corporation (BMC).

- Ketan Upadhyay: Appointed as Secretary of the Odisha Language, Literature and Culture Department.

- Vomit Verma: Appointed as Director of the Light Minerals Department.

- Deepankar Mohapatra: Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Hockey Promotion Council.

- Prekshaya Agarwal: Dharmagarh Deputy Collector

- Pranati Das: Baliguda Deputy Collector

- Kasturi Panda: Panchpir-Karanjia Deputy Collector

- Abhishek Dilip Dudhal: Gunupur Deputy Collector

- Asni A. L.: Nabarangpur Deputy Collector

- C. Saravanan: Kuchinda Deputy Collector

- Tejaswini Behera: Sundargarh Deputy Collector

- Shiv Malviya: Anandpur Deputy Collector

- Avinash Kumar: Berhampur Deputy Collector
