BJP State President Manmohan Samal has firmly rejected ongoing speculation regarding a state cabinet expansion or reshuffle, labeling recent media reports as “irrelevant and baseless.”
In a statement issued Sunday, Samal emphasized that the government, led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, is nearing its two-year milestone with the majority of its election manifesto promises already fulfilled. He clarified that the party’s current focus remains on strengthening its organization and deepening outreach to the public.
While the party plans to announce appointments for remaining vacant posts soon, Samal condemned the circulating rumors about cabinet changes as misleading. He assured that any decisions concerning the cabinet will be made at the appropriate time.
