The Puri Jagannath Temple administration will conduct its official gem inventory (Ratna Bhandar) over two days, starting August 31 and September 1.
Following state-approved SOP guidelines, the treasury keys will be retrieved, and the inventory opened in the presence of the District Magistrate, Reserve Bank representatives, and authorized officials.
To ensure transparency, comprehensive 3D mapping and videography will be conducted throughout the process. While formal restrictions on devotee darshan have not yet been announced, the temple administration aims to minimize disruption, though inner sanctum viewing may be temporarily adjusted—mirroring protocols used during the previous inventory on July 19.
The temple administration has urged all sevaks (servants) and devotees to extend their full support for the following programme.
