A two-year-old girl from Puri, Samanwita Das, has earned a place in the India Book of Records for her remarkable memory and general knowledge.
Samanwita, daughter of Shivprasad Das and Manasmita Mohanty of Chakratirth Road, Nuasahi, can fluently recall an astonishing array of information despite her young age.
Her impressive repertoire includes 85 English opposite words, the names of all Indian states, 9 neighboring countries, 7 continents, 5 oceans, 8 planets, the national anthem, and 20 national symbols.
Her father applied online in September after recognizing her talent. She was selected for the record after correctly answering 120 general knowledge questions, including state capitals and parts of the human body, in less than two minutes.
Samanwita was presented with the official certificate and medal at her home, bringing her family widespread congratulations.
