Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari today issued strict instructions to officials at the Chief Minister's Grievance Cell, emphasizing that they must work as "servants of the people."
During the grievance redressal session on Monday morning, the Minister expressed concern over issues that should ideally be resolved at the district level. He directed officials to treat complainants with respect, offering seating and water, listening patiently, and completing tasks within specified timelines.
Minister Pujari warned that strict action will be taken against officials who fail to adhere to these rules. The warning comes as approximately 1,000 complainants who registered online met with the Chief Minister, who subsequently directed officials to take immediate action on the grievances presented.
