A chilling shooting in Jajpur City has left residents in a state of panic following the death of a young businessman. Soumya Sagar Samal was returning home near Kalimegha at 10:30 PM after closing his shop when bike-borne miscreants intercepted him and opened fire.
Though Samal was rushed to Jajpur Main Hospital and later shifted to Cuttack for advanced care, he tragically succumbed to his injuries. The motive behind the daylight-style execution remains shrouded in mystery, as the attackers managed to flee the scene immediately.
