Odisha’s State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA), chaired by Chief Secretary Anu Garg, has approved 23 industrial projects worth thousands of crores across 11 districts. This massive push is set to generate over 22,873 jobs and accelerate the state’s economic momentum.


Key highlights of the approved investments include:


IT Sector: HCL Technologies will invest ₹730 crore in a global development center in Khordha, creating over 6,000 IT jobs.


Green Energy: ACME Cleantech Solutions is setting up a ₹778 crore alkaline electrolyzer manufacturing plant (3 GW/annum capacity) in Ganjam to drive Green Hydrogen initiatives.


Textile Hub: Four major projects—SAPL Industries, SPL Industries, Richa Global Exports, and Astha Cotspin—will invest over ₹512 crore in Puri, creating around 10,400 positions.


Infrastructure & Services: Additional clearances include a ₹202.5 crore battery plant, a 100 MW solar power facility, logistics parks, Tata Steel’s railway siding, a 300-bed multi-specialty hospital, and three five-star hotels.


Spanning IT, renewable energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics, these strategic ventures reinforce Odisha’s position as a premier destination for big-ticket industrial investment.
