A serious criminal complaint has been lodged against Patnagarh Block Chairman Nilakant Bagh after a shocking display of misconduct at the Panchayat Samiti office. Witnesses report that Bagh became enraged upon seeing a development file for the Mallikmunda-Dhatuk road sitting on the head clerk's desk.
In a fit of temper, the Chairman allegedly tore the official documents in front of staff before stomping out of the office. With the BDO away on field duty, Head Clerk Saroj Kumar Babu immediately alerted the authorities.
