The Odisha Secondary Education Council has released the schedule for this year's matriculation examination, set to run from February 19 to March 2.
Council Chairman Srikant Tarai confirmed a unified approach: regular and X-regular students will have the same single-sitting exam and question paper each day. The daily exam time is 9:00 am to 11:30 am, with an extra 15 minutes for Mathematics, ending at 11:45 am.

The paper pattern includes 50 marks objective and 50 marks subjective. Over 5.6 lakh students have registered, and the exam will be conducted across more than 3,000 centers. To prevent leakage, a watermark system and comprehensive CCTV surveillance at all exam and nodal centers will be enforced.
