Prime Minister Narendra Modi marked Constitution Day (November 26) by writing a heartfelt letter to the nation, sharing his personal reverence for the sacred document. He recalled that his government declared November 26 as Constitution Day in 2015.

Modi highlighted the Constitution's power, noting it enabled a person from an "economically backward family" to lead the government for over 24 consecutive years. He recounted moments of respect, like bowing upon entering Parliament in 2014 and placing the Constitution on his forehead in 2019.

The Prime Minister paid tribute to Constituent Assembly members, including Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and Dr. Rajendra Prasad. He stressed the special significance of this year's celebration, which aligns with the 150th birth anniversaries of Sardar Patel and Bhagwan Birsa Munda.

Urging citizens to prioritize their duties (Article 51A), PM Modi emphasized that current decisions will shape the vision for a 'Developed India' as the nation approaches the centenary of the Constitution's adoption in 2029.
